Today, we're shining the light on one of Realty's most important employees, Reta Pieterse! 🌟 Reta started working at Realty in May of 2015 as a receptionist, just like most people in the industry. Over the years, she grabbed every opportunity that came her way and worked hard until she became the powerhouse she is today. 💪 She is now our Principal and the proud owner of Realty 1 Rentals Louis Trichardt 🏡
Reta credits every coworker who has made this possible over the years. When asked what she loves most about her job, the answer came easy she loves going to list houses 📝 and helping people find their dream homes. 🏠 Reta has learned so much over the years, but the most important thing she’s learned is that not everyone has the same dream. She believes in listening more and talking less, which has been key to her success. 👂🤐
Reta is a true inspiration to us all. She’s shown us what real leadership looks like and is always there for anyone who needs a hand. To her, everyone at Realty 1 is family, and we’re lucky to have her. We wouldn’t be the same without her and honestly, it wouldn’t be as fun either! 🎉
